{"id":19,"date":"2008-10-04T13:49:46","date_gmt":"2008-10-04T11:49:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amap-brugeslebouscat.fr\/?p=19"},"modified":"2008-10-04T13:49:46","modified_gmt":"2008-10-04T11:49:46","slug":"recette-a-base-de-blettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.amap-brugeslebouscat.fr\/?p=19","title":{"rendered":"Recette \u00e0 base de blettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette propos\u00e9e par Marie-Laurence<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tourte aux blettes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> (pour 2\/ 3 personnes)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 branches de blettes, \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, cuites \u00e0 l\u2019eau (Vert+branches)\u2026tr\u00e8s \u00e9goutt\u00e9es, et r\u00e9serv\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 plat four un peu haut (style Pyrex)<br \/>\n&#8211; Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 60gr<br \/>\n&#8211; Parmesan 30\/40 gr<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 brique de 20cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche all\u00e9g\u00e9e (5,10, 15 % ou +)<br \/>\n&#8211; Noisettes, noix ou pistaches (au choix, ou m\u00e9lang\u00e9es) : 1 poign\u00e9e d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9e, hach\u00e9e au couteau<br \/>\n&#8211; Raisins secs hach\u00e9s au couteau : une poign\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 Noix de muscade<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de Sel<\/p>\n<p>1\u00b0 tapisser le moule de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en gardant suffisamment de p\u00e2te autour pour recouvrir le moule (ou si le moule est trop grand, pr\u00e9voir une deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2te).<br \/>\n2\u00b0 hacher au couteau les Bettes<br \/>\n3\u00b0 \u00e9tendre les noix, noisettes, ou pistaches concass\u00e9es au couteau sur le fond de la p\u00e2te, verser les blettes dessus et les raisins secs<br \/>\n4\u00b0 battre 2 \u0153ufs (en garder un tout petit peu \u00e0 part), + cr\u00e8me+ gruy\u00e8re + parmesan + noix de muscade.<br \/>\n5\u00b0 verser dans le moule sur les blettes.<br \/>\n6\u00b0 recouvrir avec les bords de p\u00e2te restante la pr\u00e9paration (pincer les bords pour la souder).<br \/>\n7\u00b0 badigeonner la p\u00e2te du dessus avec le reste d\u2019\u0153uf battu mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/>\n8\u00b0 cuire \u00e0 four chaud, 45\/55 minutes, thermostat 180\/200.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00e9guster (chaud) avec une salade de tomates\u2026..de l\u2019AMAP bien s\u00fbr.
